MDX Filters in PPS Monitor

Creating a Scorecard Transform in PerformancePoint Server Monitor
Overview I've spent a couple of days doing some prototyping around PerformancePoint Monitor... there have been a few things that I've wanted to accomplish, so when the PerformancePoint Monitoring SDK was released, it seemed like the way to do it.
